JITIBU MAGONJWA MBALIMBALI KWA KUNYWA MAJI YA UVUGUVUGU-2



Maradhi ya muda mrefu na mfupi yanayosababisha vifo, yanaweza kupona kwa njia rahisi sana.  Njia hii si nyingine bali ni maji ya kunywa. imeelezwa na wataalamu kwamba mtu anaweza kujitibu maradhi ya muda mrefu na mfupi kama haya yafuatayo:-
Kuumwa kichwa (headache), shinikizo la damu (BP), upungufu wa damu (Anaemia), kupooza, unene (obesity), mapigo ya haraka ya moyo na kuzimia.
Kikohozi, kuumwa na koo (Bronchitis), pumu na kifua kikuu (TB), kiungulia, kuharisha, kufunga choo na kisukari (Diabetes).Mengine ni pamoja na matatizo yote ya macho. Matatizo ya kike kubadili siku zao, kansa ya kizazi, magonjwa ya pua, masikio na koo.
NAMNA YA KUTUMIA:
Amka asubuhi na mapema.  Kabla hujapiga mswaki na kunawa uso, kunywa maji kiasi cha bilauri nne (4). Kisha unaweza kunawa na kupiga mswaki. Baada ya hapo usinywe chai au kula chochote mpaka zipite dakika arobaini (40).  Baada ya kunywa chai kaa masaa mawili (2), kunywa maji bilauri nne (4),  kaa dakika arobaini (40) kabla ya kula chochote.  Baada ya kula kaa masaa mawili (2), kisha kunywa maji bilauri nne (4), kaa dakika arobaini (40) kabla ya kula chochote.  Epuka kula chakula muda mfupi kabla ya kulala.
Wagonjwa na watu dhaifu wanashauriwa kuanza kwa kunywa bilauri moja au mbili za maji na kuongeza kidogo kidogo mpaka kufikisha bilauri nne na kuendelea kunywa mara kwa mara.  Kusema ukweli watu wote walio wagonjwa na wenye afya wajaribu kutumia njia hii ya kujitibu watapona na wazima wa afya hawataugua tena.
Kwa uzoefu na uchunguzi imebainika kwamba magonjwa mbalimbali yafuatayo yalitibiwa katika muda kama ilivyo hapa chini.

Wale wenye matatizo ya kujaa gesi na ugonjwa wa mifupa/baridi yabisi (Rheumatism) wanashauriwa kutumia njia hii ya water therapy mara tatu kwa siku kwa muda wa siku kumi (10).
