TOP HOME REMEDIES FOR ASTHMA TREATMENT


Asthma is an inflammatory disease affected to lungs and airways. Ginger care
Take a piece of ginger, two table spoons of pomegranate seeds and one table spoon of honey in a bowl and grind them. Filter the juice from the mixture and consume one table spoon of this mixture for two or three times a day.
Alternatively, you can take one table spoon of water that is mixed with the powdered ginger before going to bed.
To remove the toxins present in the lungs, add a table spoon of ginger juice with one table spoon of honey and two table spoons of fenugreek seeds (Soak them for a whole night). Take this mixture two times a day.Simply, you can eat the raw ginger that is smashed with salt.

Mustard oil
A person, who is suffering with Asthma, generally faces the breathing problems due to respiratory passages. To help this out, massaging with mustard oil is a good remedy to get the normal breathing.
Take three table spoons of mustard oil and heat it with the addition of camphor. Let it come to warm level and massage it on the chest area and at upper back. Repeat the treatment until you find relief from the symptom.

Figs
Figs are good enough to help the respiratory problems and even troubleshoot the breathing problems. 
Soak three or four figs for a whole night. Eat the figs and drink the water in the next day morning with empty stomach. This easy tip helps to transfer nutrients into the blood stream and subsequently gives relief from asthma symptoms.

Garlic
To clear up the liver blockage, garlic treatment is an ideal one.
Take 10 to 12 garlic cloves and boil them with milk, drink this milk mixture daily to get relief from asthma symptoms.
One can also prepare the garlic tea to get amazing benefits. Take five to six garlic cloves and add them to hot water, let it steep for four to five minutes. Leave the solution until it reaches room temperature and then drink it.

Fish oil
Omega-3 fatty acids present in the fish oil helps your lungs by working against with the causers of asthma symptoms. Omega-3 fatty acids can also found from oatmeal

Lemon
Asthma may also leads due to the lack of vitamin C, so get the good amount of vitamin c from the fruit and vegetable sources. Lemons, oranges, blue berries, raspberries, strawberries and papaya are the best fruit sources to get vitamin C. Broccoli and cabbage are the perfect vegetables to acquire vitamin C.
