You can use black walnut in powdered form or tincture form. If you are using black walnut powder, then add the powder (1 teaspoon) to water (4 cups) and then heat it. After heating, mix them well. Pour the mixture in a large mug and then dip your feet into the mug containing the solution.Keep your feet in it for at least 10 minutes. Olive Oil

Take chaparral, garlic and echinacea root, and then add some olive oil (¼) in a cup and few drops of tea tree, thyme, oregano, cinnamon. Mix them well, heat them and then put them in a large basin and sink and then soak your feet in it. Keep it like that for 15 minutes. Do this 3-4 times every day to get good results.

   

Lavender Oil


   

Take equal amount of oregano oil and mix it with lavender oil. Apply to infected area or soak your feet for 10-15 minutes in a foot bath containing water, lavender oil and oregano oil.After that make your feet dry with a towel and then apply some lavender oil directly to the feet. Do this for 3-4 times every day. Oregano oil with lavender oil is a very effective herbal remedy for foot fungus.

Tea Tree Oil

   

Add around 38-40 drops of tea tree oil (organic) to a large mug and then place your feet in it. Keep your feet like that for 10 minutes. After that take out your feet and dry it completely. After drying your feet well, take some drops of tea tree oil and massage it directly into your feet. You can use cotton balls to apply and massage your feet with tea tree oil. This will help to kill the fungus and will also stop its spread. Apply it 2 times every day.

Garlic And Ginger

     


Take some fresh garlic slices or crushed ones and place them in between your toes and leave it like that for the day. You can also include garlic in your daily diet. Take one ounce of ginger chopped well and add it to a cup of water. Then boil it well for 20 minutes and then cool it.Once it becomes cool, first clean your feet well and then apply it to your feet.
