Take half a tsp of this herbal powder with a glass of warm milk to get out of depressive feeling.


 

Borage Juice

Borage juice is a general tonic, because borage is a rich source of potassium. It is an anti-depressant as it can stimulate the glands, which are responsible for overcoming the sad and pensive mood. The juice of borage leaves is consumed as a herbal medicine.
