Sandalwood Paste
Sandalwood is a cool thing and it cures headache effectively. Take a tea spoon of white sandalwood powder and mix it in water to make a smooth paste. Apply that paste on your forehead. You will get relief.
Aloe Vera
Aloevera is a wonderful product to cure your headache. Take an aloevera tube. Slit it and remove the gel. Mash it and apply that on your forehead, on your nose and on your whole face. Close your eyes and lay down your body on a soft bed. It has a cooling effect. It may soon cure your headache.
Lavender
If the headache is for tension then use lavender to cure it. Take few drops of lavender and massage it on your temples. Sprinkle 2-3 drops lavender on a handkerchief and inhale it. You will get relief.
Coriander
Coriander juice is another excellent herb that cure headache effectively. Take 3-4 strings of fresh coriander. Chop them very finely. Take a bowl of boiling water and add them in the water. Mint
Mint is a wonderful herb to cure headache. Crush the herb and extract he juice. Apply that dark green juice on your forehead and temples. It has a cooling effect. Wait till it gets dry. You can use it in different way. Mix mint juice in coconut oil in 2:1 ratio. Part your hair and massage that on your scalp in a round about way. You will get relief.
Ginger
Ginger is an excellent herb to cure your headache especially when the head ache is due to cold. It has an antibacterial and antiviral property for which it cures sinus infection, clears congestion and cold related fever. Grind a piece of ginger into smooth paste. Mix with water and apply that on your forehead. It works well to cure headache. It also prevents migraine and its related headache.
Rose Petals
If the headache is due to hot and humid weather, gas and bloating then fresh rose petals are excellent. Take a rose and remove its petals. Grind it into grinder until they turn to paste. Then mix that paste in a teaspoon of fuller’s earth. Use rose water to make the smooth paste. Apply the paste on your forehead. You will get relief. Moreover the sweet fragrance of rose will enliven you.
