5 Herbs For Peptic Ulcers

An open sore that occurs on the lining of the stomach, duodenum or oesophagus is known as peptic ulcer.The stomach cell secretes some digestive juices which are acidic in nature and when these juices corrode the lining of the stomachoesophagus and duodenum, then peptic ulcer takes place.




Heredity, smoking, intake of alcohol and mental stress leads to peptic ulcersPain, having problem while swallowing the food, loss of weight, vomiting are some of the symptoms of peptic ulcers. One can get rid of peptic ulcers by using some herbs.

Herbs For Peptic Ulcers

Cayenne Pepper

You should include cayenne pepper in your daily diet by having it along with some food.  You can also add some cayenne pepper to a herbal tea and then drink it. Take some cayenne pepper in a cup of water, heat it for sometime at least 10 minutes. Then stir and mix them well.
After that have this at least once every day.  You can also add some cayenne pepper and vinegar and also have it once every dayThus this herb will help to get rid of peptic ulcers by healing them within a very short time.





Chamomile

Take 4 cups of water, heat it well and then add 2 chamomile tea bags and allow it to steep for at least 20 minutes. Then strain it well and drink it. You can also take some dried chamomile flowers in a cup of hot water and then let it steep for 10 minutes.
After that strain it well and then drink it. Have this tea 3-4 times every day. Chamomile has a very soothing effect and thus will help to get rid of peptic ulcers.



Licorice

You can take licorice in the form of capsule or as tea. Add some roots of the dried herb to a cup of hot water and mix them well. After that heat the mixture, allow it to steep for 20 minutes and then strain it.
Then have the tea at least 2 cups every day for good results. You can also crush the roots of the herb to fine powder and have it along with a glass of water every day.



Garlic

You can have 3-4 raw garlic cloves every day in order to recover fast from peptic ulcers. Take raw garlic in a blender and liquefy it. Then take out the juice and pour it in a glass. Have at least 1 glass of garlic juice every day in order to get rid of peptic ulcers.



Bilberry

Take some dried bilberry in a cup of boiling water. Heat it for some time and then let it steep for 10-15 minutes. Then strain it well and drink the tea. Have bilberry tea 2-3 times every day.
You can also take out the juice from the herb and then have 1 glass of bilberry juice every day. This herb helps to get rid of the inflammation associated with peptic ulcers and thus is very effective in treating peptic ulcers.
So getting rid of peptic ulcers is not that difficult and by using the above mentioned herbs you can easily get good results within a very short time.
