For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

  1. Heart problems are one of the leading causes of death in the world and many people have a heart attack as the first sign that they may be having a problem. In most cases there are other signs that come prior to the actual heart attack but many people don’t see the signs and leave them alone, not realizing the severity of what is to follow. Your own article is very informative and I want to pay homage on this efforts to aware the people to Prevent heart attack which is common and deadly disease.
