Papaya
Papaya is extremely beneficial in treating blisters on tongue. Include papaya in the daily diet, when you are suffering from this problem. Apples and green banana are also an excellent cure for tongue sores.

Mix warm water and hydrogen peroxide in equal parts and apply this mix on the tongue sores with a cotton swab. Leave for about two minutes and rinse your mouth. Butter can be applied to the sore to get soothing relief from pain. Foods such as broccoli, cranberry juice, muskmelon, and oranges, yellow and red bell peppers must be included in your daily diet, as they are a rich source of vitamin C.
