soaking, you can now peel it off easily using foot file, pumice stone or scrubber. Now separately mix one tsp rose water, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp thick glycerin together. Apply this paste onto your cracked heels.

heels and is one of the simplest remedy that can be used daily. If however, the cracks are little deep, you can add half of coconut flesh or half an avocado to the mashed banana. Blend the ingredients together to form a
