EFFECTIVE HOME REMEDIES FOR PROSTATITIS

Prostatitis is a common problem among elderly men who have crossed middle age. Prostrate is a small organ in the male body which is located at the lower end of the bladder. It encompasses the urethra which is a tube that carries urine from the bladder and eliminates it out of the body through the penis.

When the prostrate gland becomes inflamed due to bacterial infection it is known as prostatitis. Sometimes the prostrate becomes inflamed and enlarged without any infection and causes no symptoms. The

cause for this is unknown. The common symptoms are fever, pain and burning during urination and improper flow of urine. There is urgent and frequent need to urinate but when the patient goes to urinate, the urine just trickles in drops. Prostatits can also cause erectile dysfunction, tender and painful testicles and pain in the rectum and pelvic area.
