For using garlic you can either take it raw or with honey. Additionally you can add garlic in food recipes or can use garlic capsules available in the market.

Holy Basil

     

Basil is very useful herbal remedy for various infections including fungal infections. Its medicinal properties are very effective in number of health problems. Basil has antibacterial, antiviral, anti fungal, anti inflammatory properties to counter fungal infections.
You can use basil in much form like basil leaves for food preparations, basil extracts for tea, add basil leaves in salad and with honey. You can also find basil oil and capsules in your local drug stores. In fungal infection use basil extracts for making tea by adding it in boiling water along with black salt. Add little lime juice to make tea and drink it twice a day for 4-5 days. You can also use basil leaves by meshing and adding in honey for consuming twice daily.

Thyme

    

Thyme is also a useful herbal remedy that can be used in various health problems along with treatment of fungal infections. Thyme has various medicinal properties like antibacterial, anti fungal, anti inflammatory, anti oxidant, antimicrobial and also contains magnesium, iron, calcium and vitamins.For using thyme in fungal infections you can add it in food recipes or in tea. For making tea with thyme take dry thyme and pour some water, boil the mixture until properly dissolved in water. Drink this tea 3-4 times a day for 3-4 days to get relief from fungal infection.

Echinacea

Echinacea is also useful in treating fungal infections and various other health problems. Echinacea has a long medicinal use history and still in use for different purposes. Echinacea has antibacterial, anti fungal and anti inflammatory properties useful in various infections. It is also a very good immune system enhancer.For using Echinacea you can buy its capsules and oil from the market and also you can make tea by adding Echinacea extracts into boiling water and adding some black pepper powder. Drink it twice daily on morning and evening to get relief.

   

Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne paper is also useful in skin fungal infections. Medicinal properties of cayenne pepper include antibacterial, anti fungal, anti inflammatory, anti allergen along with some important contents like magnesium, potassium, capsaicin, vitamins and carotene.
