How much Sleep do you need for Good Health?







Age - Sleep hours per day.



1. Newborns (1 to 2 months) - 14 to 18 hours.



2. Infants (3 to 11 months)- 13 to 16 hours.



3. Toddlers (1 to 3 years) -12 to 14 hours.



4. Preschoolers (3 to 5 years) - 11 to 13 hours.



5. Children (5 to 12 years) -10 to 11 hours.



6. Teens (13 to 17 years) - 9 to 10 hours.



7. Adults (18 and up) -7 to 9 hours .
