MARADHI YA KICHWA HEADACHES


 



Kuumwa na kichwa kumegawanyika sehemu kuu nyingi sana japo kuwa 1% yake ni ashirio la matatizo ya kiafya ambayo yame-advance. Kama vile concussion of brain,meningitis,encephaliti, na stroke. Kuumwa na kichwa pia inawezatokana na matatizo ya taya, meno au hata kula vitu vya baridi zaidi. Vyakula vyenye nitrite au monosodium glutamate.

Sehemu ambazo huuma ni kama ifuatavyo:

- Mfumo wa fahamu ambao upo kwenye fuvu la kichwa.
- Baadhi ya neva za fahamu zilizoko usoni

Misuli ya kichwani
Mishipa inayopatikana kwenye fuvu la kichwana chini ya ubongo kuna mifumo ya fahamu yenye hisia. Kumbuka fuvu na tishu za ubongo kwa zenyewe haziumi kwani hazina mifumo ya fahamu ambayo inahisia.
Mambo haya 12 nayo yanahusika sana.

1: Nervous tension headaches;
Ni maumivu ya kichwa endelevu upande mmoja au pande zote za misuli ya shingo na upande wa juu wa mgongo,kuumwa na kichwa pamoja na kusinzia. Tumia vitamin b2 na c , ounguza au acha matumizi ya sukari,kahawa,chakula chenye kukusababishia mzio,misongo ya mawazo na ufanye mazoezi yakutosha.

2: Cluster headaches;
Kichwa kuuma haswa upande mmoja wa kichwa kwa maumivu makali, machozi humtoka mtu na makamasi kwa mbali. Kitu cha kwanza ni kutumia chakula chenye protein ya kutosha, epukana na chakula chenye mzio kwako.

3: Hangover headaches;
Hii ni hali ya kichwa kuuma kwa sababu ya matumizi makubwa ya vinywaji vikali haswa pombe. Weka barafu chini ya kichwa yaani maeneo ya kichogoni au shingoni,kunywa maji mengi na juice ya matunda freshi na uache pombe.

4: Exertion headaches;
Hutokea pale ambapo mwili utatumika sana na haswa kwenye ngono. Weka barafu linalouma, kula mlo kamili na usifanye mazoezi.

5: Caffein headaches;
Hali hii hutokea pale ambapo umeacha matumizi makubwa sana ya kahawa kwa ghafla. Kunywa kiasi kidogo cha kahawa kuondoa maumivu na upunguze matumizi kidogokodogo mpaka utakapo acha kabisa.

6: Sinus headaches;
Maumivu haya huanzia upande wa kulia na kushoto wa pua na kupanda mpaka kichwani. Kula vitamini C kwa wingi na umuone mtaalamu wa afya maana saa zingine hii utkana na maambukizi.

7: Bilious headaches;
Kichwa na macho huuma haswa kipanda uso na husababishwa na kula sana, kula vibaya, kutofanya mazoezi na kukosa choo. Fanya mazoezi na kunywa maji yakutosha na kasha fanya enema.

8: Hunger headaches;
Maumivu ya kichwa ambaya husababishwa na kutokula kwa muda. Kula chochote ilimradi kiwe ni protein au carbohydrates .

9: Eyes ram headaches
Haya ni maumivu yanayotokea kwenye macho na wengi hudhani labda wameangalia vibaya japo saa zingine inaweza kuwa sababu. lakini chanzo chake haswa ni ubongo kufanya kazi kupita kiasi. Badili mtindo wa maisha na kama ni mtumiaji wa miwani ni vyema ukamuana mtaalamu aangalie kama lensi zimepotea nuru au la.

10: Menstrual headaches;
Hali hii hutokea kwa kina mama kipindi cha yai kupevuka. Hutokana na mabadiliko ya hormone, muone mtaalamu wa afya.

11: Arthritis headaches;
Haya ni maumivu ya kichwa yanayosikika mpaka shingoni na saa zingine mpaka mgongoni ambayo husababisha maumivu haswa unapozidisha mwendo au shughuli. Kitu kikubwa ni kutibu ugonjwa unaosababisha hali hiyo.

12: Hypertension headaches;
Ni maumivu ya kichwa chote, mwendo mkubwa pia huongeza maumivu. Hali hii husababishwa na shinikizo la damu. Tibu au pambana kushusha shinikizo la damu na halii itaisha bila shaka.

DALILI ZA KIPANDA USO
Kipanda uso (Migraine) ni ugonjwa au maumivu makali ya kichwa anayokuwa nayo mtu baada ya mshipa wa damu (Enlargement of Artery ) kutanuka katika kichwa chake.

Baada ya kutanuka kwa mishipa hii ya damu, pia kuna kemikali ndani ya mwili zinazozalishwa na kuizunguka mishipa hii na kupelekea mtu apate maumivu makali ya kichwa na kutanuka zaidi kwa mishipa.

Maumivu makali ya kichwa hupelekea mfumo wa utendaji kazi wa mwili pia ubadilike, mtu atapatwa na kichefuchefu, kutapika, kuharisha, katika utumbo chakula hakitanyonywa vizuri kiingie mwilini, mtu atashindwa kuona vizuri maeneo yenye mwanga na kutopenda kukaa mazingira yenye sauti au kelele.

Vipo vitu mbalimbali vinavyoweza kuchangia mtu apate tatizo la kipanda uso, vitu hivi haimaanishi kuwa ni lazima kusababishe upate na hata kama haupo katika mazingira ya vitu hivi haimaanishi kuwa huwezi kupata tatizo la kipanda uso, miongoni mwa vitu hivyo ni kama vile: sauti kali au kelele, harufu kali, aleji, mwanga mkali, kuvuta sigara, matatizo ya kukosa usingizi, kukaa bila kula kwa muda mrefu, pombe, kubadilika badilika kwa siku za mwanamke (menstrual cycle fluctuations).

Inawezekana ukawa na tatizo hili la kipanda uso, miongoni mwa vitu vinavyowasaidia watu wenye kipanda uso ni kutumia dawa mbalimbali ukijumuisha dawa za maumivu zenye mchanganyiko na caffeine, pia utumiaji wa chai au kahawa umesaidia baadhi ya watu kuwapa nafuu ya maumivu makali ya kichwa.

    2. I don't know where to start from because i am overwhelmed. I never thought I will be healed of HIV virus and Genital warts.
