9 Alkaline Foods That Fight Cancer, Pain, Gout, Diabetes and Heart Disease



Trying to go alkaline? It’s easier when you know which foods help your body stay get to and stay in an alkaline state. A general rule of thumb is that you can eat these foods without worrying about any acidic effect they’ll have, although some are more alkaline than others. UTAFITI: KANSA YA MATATITI VITAMIN D NDIYO KINGA KUBWA


Vitamin D, ambayo kwa kiasi kikubwa hupatikana kwa ngozi kupata mwanga wa jua, ina faida nyingi muhimu za kiafya mwilini na utafiti wa hivi karibuni umebaini kuwa vitamin hiyo ndiyo msingi mkubwa wa kuzuia magonjwa mbalimbali mwilini.



Utafiti huo umebaini kuwa vitamin D ni muhimu kwa sababu kiasia cha asilimia 10 ya vinasaba (genes) vya mwili wa binadamu vinaitegemea vitamin hii kufanya kazi yake, kikiwemo kinasaba kinachohusika na uzuiaji na udhibiti wa magonjwa ya kuambukiza na yale ya uvimbe.
Katika utafiti huo ambao pia umeelezewa kwa kina na Dr Mercola wa nchini Marekani katika mtandao wake, imeoneshwa kwamba ukiwa na Vitamin D ya kutosha mwilini, Kolestrol mbaya hushuka na pia huongeza mara mbili uwezo wa mwili kujikinga na saratani ya matiti.
Vilevile utafiti huo umebainisha na kugundua kwamba, kuna uhusiano mkubwa kati ya upungufu wa Vitamin D mwilini na watoto taahira. Ugunduzi huu ni muhimu sana, hasa kwa akina mama waja wazito, kwani madhara ya kuwa na upungufu mkubwa wa Vitamin D unaweza kusababisha kuzaa mtoto mwenye utindio wa ubongo.

Katika makala yake, Dk. Mercola ameeleza kuwa tangu miaka ya 2000, utafiti kuhusu umuhimu wa Vitamin D umeongezeka sana. Hadi kufikia mwishoni mwa mwaka 2012, tayari zilikuwa zimeshachapishwa tafiti karibu 34,000 na kuna kumbukumbu (references) za kitabibu zaidi ya 800 ambazo zinaonesha uwezo wa Vitamin D katika kuzia saratani.

Iligundulika kwamba wenye kiasi kingi cha Vitamin D wana uwezekano wa kupona na kuishi kwa muda mrefu mara mbili ya wale wenye kiwango cha chini cha Vitamin hiyo.

5 Healthy ‘Shots’ To Alkalize Your Body in the Morning


In the morning, we feel a little, well … less than stellar. Achy, stiff, the bed is calling our name to stay in, and let’s be honest, we just don’t feel so hot. Hatari za kutumia dawa vibaya

Hii ni orodha ya makosa ya kawaida tunayofanya tunapotumia madawa ya kisasa. Matumizi mabaya ya madawa yafuatayo yanaleta vifo kila mwaka, kuwa mwangalifu Chloramphenical (chloromycetin) -Kwa bahati mbaya, dawa hii hupendelewa sana kutumiwa kwa magonjwa madogo madogo kama vile kuharisha. Hii, ni hatari sana.



- Dawa hii inatumika kutibu magonjwa kama vile homa ya matumbo. Isitolewe kwa watoto wachanga.

Oxtocin(pitocin) pituitrin na Ergonovine (Ergotrate) - kwa bahati mbaya wakunga hutumia dawa hizo 

kuharakisha kuzaliwa kwa mtoto au kumpa nguvu mzazi wakati akiwa na uchungu wa kujifungua.
Matumizi ya namna hii yana hatari sana. Unaweza kumwua mama au mtoto. Zitumie tu, kwa kuzuia kutoka damu baada ya mtoto kuzaliwa.

Sindano za dawa: Imani kuwa sindano ni bora kuliko vidonge si ya kweli. Mara nyingi dawa za kunywa zinafanya kazi vizuri zaidi kupita sindano. Pia, dawa nyingi zitolewazo kwa sindano huhatarisha maisha kuliko za kunywa. Matumizi ya sindano lazima yapunguzwe.

- Penisilini: Penisilini hufanya kazi kwa magonjwa fulani ya kuambukiza. Ni makosa kutumia dawa hii kwa shida za kustuka misuli, kujiponda, aina yoyote ya maumivu au homa.

Kwa kawaida, majeraha yoyote ambayo hayakuchubua ngozi, ijapokuwa kuna uvimbe mkubwa ni vigumu vijidudu kuingia kwa hivyo hakuna haja ya kutumia penisilini au dawa nyingine yoyote ya kuua wadudu.

Penisilini ina hatari kwa watu wengine. Kabla ya kuitumia lazima ufahamu hatari zake na namna ya kuzizuia.
Sindano za Penisilini na Streptomisini (zina majina mengine mengi)- Dawa hizi hutumika sana na mara 

nyingi kwa magonjwa yasiyohusika. Dawa hizi zisitumiwe kwa mtu aliye na mafua kwa sababu haziponyeshi ugonjwa wa mafua au fluu, zinaweza kusababisha matiti makubwa wakati mwingine, kuzimia au kifo, zikizidi 

kutumiwa ovyo ovyo, zitafanya magonjwa kama kifua kikuu na magonjwa mengine ya hatari yasiyoweza kuponyeka.

Vitamini B12; Dawa hii haisaidii kutibu ukosefu wa damu au udhaifu isipokuwa kwa wagonjwa wachache tu. Inaweza kutumika tu, kama mganga ndiye karuhusu baada ya vipimo vya damu. Karibu magonjwa mengi ya damu yanatibiwa kwa kutumia vidonge vya madini ya chuma (Ferrous Sulphate).

Vitamini Nyinginezo: Kwa kawaida, usidunge sindano za vitamini. Sindano hizo zina hatari, ni ghali na hazifanyi kazi yake vizuri kama vidonge.

bora mara kwa mara, kitamsaidia sana kuliko kumpa vitamini na chumvi chumvi.

Waganga na madaktari wengine, hutoa dawa wakati hazihitajiki mara kwa mara ni kwa sababu wanafikiri kuwa, wagonjwa wanatazamia kupata dawa na hawataridhika kama hawatapewa.

Ni vizuri kuwaomba daktari au mganga wako dawa wakati unapohitaji tu, la sivyo, unaweza kuharibu afya yako.

Tumia dawa ukiwa na hakika kuwa inahitajika na ukiwa na huku ikiwa na uhakika namna ya kuitumia.


KALSIUM

Kuna hatari kubwa sana kumpiga mgonjwa sindano ya Kalsium kwa kutumia mshipa wa damu. Kama njia hii inatumika, ni lazima dawa inyunyizwe taratibu sana. La sivyo, itaua mara moja. Ukipiga matakoni, inaweza kusababisha jipu.
Usipige sindano ya kalsium kabla hujapata ushauri kutoka kwa mganga.

Wakati wowote kuna hatari ikiwa utampa mtoto au mtu mzima aliye mdhaifu mwenye ukosefu wa maji mwilini au mwenye tumbo la kusokota, dawa ya kuharisha au kulainisha tumbo.

Kwa bahati mbaya, watu wengi wana imani kuwa dawa ya kuharisha inamrudishia mtu afya nzuri au inasafisha vitu vyote mwilini. Sura ya kwanza imeelezea kuwa dawa za kuharisha au dawa za kulainisha tumbo, zinaleta matatizo zaidi kuliko inavyotegemewa.



Ni Wakati gani dawa zisitumike?

Watu wengi wanaamini kuwa kuna vitu ambavyo hawawezi kufanya au kula wakati wanapotumia dawa.
Kwa sababu hii, wanaweza kuacha kutumia dawa ambazo inabidi watumie.

- Mtu yeyote ambaye amekwisha pata matatizo kama kuvimba, kuwashwa, na kadhalika, baada ya kutumia penisilini, Ampisilini, Sulfonamide au dawa nyingine zozote, inambidi aache kabisa kutumia dawa hiyo kwa muda wa maisha yake yote kwa sababu inaweza kumletea hatari kubwa.

  • Watu wenye vidonda tumboni au kiungulia, lazima waepuke dawa zilizo na aspirini.
 Kuna dawa maalumu ambazo ukizitumia, zinadhuru wakati ukiwa na ugonjwa fulani kwa mfano mtu mwenye ugonjwa wa ini, hatibiwi na dawa za kuua vijidudu au dawa zozote kali, kwa sababu ini halifanyi kazi hivyo, dawa hizo zinaweza kudhuru mwili.
 Watu ambao wamepungukiwa maji ya mwili au wana ugonjwa wa figo, ni lazima wawe waangalifu wa dawa wanazotumia.

Usitoe zaidi ya kipimo kimoja cha dawa ambayo inaweza kudhuru mwili mpaka uwe na uhakika kama mgonjwa anakwenda haja ndogo kama kawaida.
